Cougar Technical Services offers a wide variety of plumbing and gas fitting services from one-hour service calls for a leaky pipe to complete system renovations and equipment retrofits. We offer installation, repairs, replacement and maintenance services primarily focused on the industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) sectors. Our goal is to complete the job on time, on budget and most importantly - safely. GASFITTING
Natural gas is a large part of our world – we use it in every aspect of our lives, including heating, hot water, and cooking. At Cougar we understand the demand for more energy efficient operations continues to grow as energy costs endlessly rise. DRAIN MAINTENANCE &VIDEO INSPECTION
At Cougar Technical Services Ltd, our professionally trained staff has the knowledge and equipment to repair any type of slow draining system and/or clogged sewers. All our technicians are outfitted with handheld auger machines and main line auger units. In addition, we have large vacuum trucks used for cleaning catch basins, grease traps, sump pits, etc. Large capacity flushing trucks use high pressure water to blast/jet away build-ups and blockages of debris – rocks, roots, hair, grease, ice, etc. that may be caught-up in the line. As well, Cougar’s drain maintenance fleet includes two pull behind, trailer units – one flushing and one vac unit. These trailer units are paired with a low-clearance pick-up truck to perform high-pressure flushing and vacuum services in parkades that have height restrictions where our large trucks won’t fit.
Cougar’s drain maintenance team also has the knowledge and equipment to perform CCTV video inspections on a wide variety of drainage systems and sewers with diameters ranging from 3”-24” wide. This allows you to view the condition inside your drainage systems and will determine if there is any damage to the line that needs immediate action. This inspection will include a full detailed written report and a copy of the video inspection in colour.
